It’s been a good week~

I have a great WEEK 2! The cravings have started to go away, I find I am not eating my full calorie requirement (WHAT? HOW CAN THIS BE?) so I do a protein drink or MediClear end of day to make up for it. I’m also doing cardio EVERY day now and burning on average 3000 cals per day instead of just the required 2650. I had an especially good day pushing the girls around in the double jogging stroller for an hour… 804 calories! WHEW!

Tomorrow is weigh in day. I hope I meet my 4 pound goal. It’s also measure day, so I’ll post updates on both tomorrow.

Also, I’m going to be doing a review of CLICK Espresso Protein drink soon! Can’t wait!
