I am IN LOVE! With a snack…

Yoplait Light (fat free) Pineapple Upside-Down Cake – Oh yes!!!

I pop it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes so it get just a little frozen around the edges, then I pop the lid off, stir it up and savor the yumminess that it is! It’s like ice cream!

Best part – only 110 calories, NO fat, and it has the calcuim,  probiotics and live cultures that every gut needs!

So when I need a sweet snack, know that I’ll be grabbing for one of these.
