A gain this week?

I have a feel the scale will show a gain this week. I haven’t been as diligent about tracking, have not gone to the gym due to being sick and hacking up a lung, and a bunch of other reason I could list here but wont. I am going to try to prevent it, of course. Especially since I would not want to finally be under 200 to only go and return.

Hoping by Saturday some of this stuff goes away.

    Thanks for the words of support, but I am just so afraid of being over the 199 mark so soon. I think I may need to get a good workout in and sweat this water off! Yeah?

    Hang in there. You have already accomplished so much. It is ok to give yourself a break. No one can be perfect 100% of the time. Allow yourself to be human, relax – you’ll be back on track in no time. I have my own struggle with weight. My blog “The 20 pound struggle” has been a great motivator for me.
