Week 20 weigh in

Well, as suspected, I gained this week. I weighed in at 200.2 which is 1.2 lbs. up from last week. This brings my total weigh loss since April 18th to 40.8.

I have nobody or nothing to blame but myself, I was not as diligent and did not stick to my plan as I should have.

I will be sure to make up for it during this week, and work hard to lose the 1.2 I gained, in addition to another 2 lbs. hopefully!
